Luxury Travel DMC Morocco Opens Recruitment for Travel Assistants in Marrakech

Luxury Travel DMC Morocco recruits two operational profiles in Marrakech, on a local contract. The positions are intended for professionals with experience in luxury travel operations, capable of managing international clients and ensuring smooth trip execution on the ground.

Two positions are currently open:

• Reservations & Availability Assistant
• Trip Execution & Travel Support Assistant

Main responsibilities may include:

• Checking availability and confirming reservations with hotels, riads, camps, guides and transport providers
• Requesting and managing quotations
• Organising client files and travel documentation
• Client assistance during trips via WhatsApp
• Daily coordination with guides and drivers
• ⁠Real-time follow-up and issue resolution

Profile required:

• ⁠Previous experience in travel operations, reservations or concierge services
• ⁠Strong organisational and communication skills
• ⁠Fluent in English and French (mandatory)
• ⁠Ability to work under pressure and with flexible hours
